Want a Place which shows the the customizations which can be made in Windows 7 which can be made by a general user , then you can find them in God Mode Folder. It allows user to access all the possible customizations in the control panel in a single folder. This can be done by creating a folder named God Mode. Which itself assigns a icon similar to control panel icon .
Steps:
1) Create a Folder
2) Rename the folder to GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
After creating the folder the folder icon resembles like a control pane icon
